     JBT445/6/10 perfect binding machine is with 6(10) book clamps travelling in an oval shaped path, completing sequentially spine-milling,spine-gluing,side-gluing,cover creasing & sticking to spine, spine pressing to form a book in one circle. The machine can bind either thread-sewn or thread-free book.

     Due to the extendability of chain-driven, book clamp travels independently without jamming to each other, so it can avoid the weakness which usually exists in the traditional disk style perfect binder.

     Steplessly Adjustable speed driven by Frenquency controller, PLC controller, PLD temperature controller, Photoelectric identification and breakdown detections can all assure the stalitity of performance, easy operation and convenient adjustment.
